Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect the limited information you share with us. We keep it minimal: no ad cookies, no data selling.

01Who we are

DecisionHypervisor, Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) builds an execution control layer for AI agents. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through decisionhypervisor.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

This Site is a marketing and information resource plus a request form for our private preview program. It is not the production governance product itself.

02Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the access or contact form, we receive the details you enter — typically your name, work email, company, role, use case, and any message you add. We only ask for what we need to respond and evaluate fit.

Policy Playground input. If you use the interactive Policy Playground, the text you type is sent to our server and processed by a third-party language model (Google Gemini) to generate an illustrative evaluation. Do not enter confidential, proprietary, or personal information into the playground.

Anonymous usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that count visits and page views without cookies and without identifying you. It does not collect IP addresses or personal data, and it does not set trackers on your device.

Optional measurement analytics. If you explicitly accept in the consent banner, we also load Google Analytics 4 to measure site and campaign performance. Google Analytics does not load — and sets no cookies — unless you opt in, and you can withdraw the choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Technical and security data. To keep the Site safe and prevent abuse, our server may log limited technical data such as request timestamps and network addresses used for rate-limiting. We do not use this to build profiles of visitors.

03How we use information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and access requests; evaluate your fit for the private preview or design-partner program; operate, secure, and improve the Site; and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

04Third-party processors

We rely on a small number of trusted services to operate the Site. Each processes data only on our behalf under its own privacy safeguards:

Resend — delivers the emails generated when you submit a form. The details you enter are sent to our team through this service.

Google (Gemini) — processes text you submit to the Policy Playground to produce an example evaluation.

Plausible — provides anonymous, aggregate site analytics.

Google Analytics 4 — optional measurement analytics, loaded only after you explicitly accept in the consent banner.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

05Cookies and tracking

Our default analytics provider is cookie-less and does not track you across sites. Optional Google Analytics cookies are set only after an affirmative opt-in through the consent banner; choosing “Necessary only” keeps them off entirely. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, and withdrawing consent later takes effect immediately for subsequent measurement.

06Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and evaluate your request, and to satisfy our record-keeping and legal obligations. When the information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

07Security

We protect data in transit with TLS and limit access to the small team that reviews requests. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your information safe.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

09International transfers

We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US, where we apply the safeguards described in this policy.

10Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here so you can review them.
