Security and confidentiality
Initial evaluation is designed to avoid production authority wherever possible. Deployment boundaries, data handling, network access, retention, subprocessors, and evidence requirements are established before integration. Confidential technical and intellectual-property materials may be exchanged under mutual NDA.
Commercial structure is determined after qualification based on deployment model, integration scope, support requirements, and evaluation period.
